Edusport Academy 4 Whitehill Welfare 1

It was a disappointing start to the 2018-19 season at Galabank today as the home side convincingly won. Jean Guy Lucas took only 3 minutes to open the scoring and he then turned provider on 19 minutes teeing up Ross Caldwell to make it 2-0. Liam Coogans made it 3-0 at the break.

Gary Small altered things at half time with Whitehill starting the 2nd half much better and Kyle Mitchell’s 67th minute goal was deserved and offered hope of a comeback. Edusport quickly restored their 3 goal advantage though when Craig Reid was unlucky to put the ball through his own goal and the home side held on comfortably.
